History of The Journal

Jurnal Ilmiah Mimbar Demokrasi was published since 2001-2016 in print publication, and since 2017 both print and online publication twice a year every April and October published by Pancasila and Civics Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Science, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (PPKN FIS UNJ). The first Jurnal Ilmiah Mimbar Demokrasi is published online in 2017 on the website http://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/jmb and under the supervision of LPPM UNJ.

In 2020 Jurnal Ilmiah Mimbar Demokrasi published by the collaboration between PPKN FIS UNJ and Indonesian Association of Pancasila and Civic Education Professionals (IAPCEP aka AP3KnI). The MoU Document click HERE

Jurnal Ilmiah Mimbar Demokrasi is accredited at rank Sinta 5 by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia based on Decree (SK) No. 36/E/KPT/2019 valid from Volume 17 No. 1 2018 - Volume 21 No. 2 2022.

Jurnal Ilmiah Mimbar Demokrasi has been registered in CrossRef thus articles that are published in Volume 19 No. 2 and forward hold Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number. Jurnal Ilmiah Mimbar Demokrasi has been currently indexed by both national and international indexer institutions such as Google Scholar (International), Science and Technology Index (SINTA - National), GARUDA, and other citation databases of peer-reviewed scientific literature.
